Bacon Sriracha Deviled Eggs

It’s Fall, ya’ll! Hay rides + costumes, scarves + warm drinks, football + spicy food forever! (or at least for the next few months)

These deviled eggs are the perfect football or Halloween party food. Or pre Thanksgiving snack! Or part of a most fabulous southern inspired charcuterie board! Go wild, loves. We think you should.

I haven’t been the biggest fan of deviled eggs. I would pass them by at pot lucks and holiday party spreads because I would just rather eat the cheese and crackers. But THESE? These are the exception, though. Because let me just tell you about these beauties. Subtly spicy sriracha and a hint of smokey bacon fat take these from something I would pass up on the buffet to something that I would sneak into my coat pockets on the sly for a late night snack.

Emily and I have made these for quite a few events and they absolutely fly off of the table. We can’t make them fast enough! We hope you’ll give these a try and let us know what you think!
