Welcome to Meal Prep Pick Up! We are so excited to feed you and your people! If you are familiar with our Sunday Meal Delivery service, then you know the food is amazing and the best part is YOU DON’T HAVE TO COOK! The portion sizes for the entrees will be a little smaller than our delivery service and will feed 1 hungry person. You can pick up between 2-6pm on Monday from our Storefront at 702 South 17th Street.  Please call 910-769-1010 if you have any questions or need to arrange pickup details.

All meals can be reheated in the microwave in their original containers OR removed to an oven safe dish and reheated in a 250 degree oven, covered, until heated through. For family style meals in aluminum pans, you can reheat in the oven at 325 in their container until heat through or portioned out into microwave safe containers and reheated in the microwave
