Meal prep delivery is on Sunday from 12-2pm.

**Please note! We do not make substitutions or changes to the meals. You can request for things like “no cheese on the salad please” but we do not make adjustments for seasonings and ingredients in cooked products. Meals are packaged in microwave safe containers. Your delivery driver will text you when they are on their way to you! You must either be home during that time to accept delivery or give us details in your order notes with access information to your home so that we can put your order away for you.

All meals can be reheated in the microwave in their original containers OR removed to an oven safe dish and reheated in a 250 degree oven, covered, until heated through. For family style meals in aluminum pans, you can reheat in the oven at 325 in their container until heated through or portioned out into microwave safe containers and reheated in the microwave.
