What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Salt + Charm. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Home Meal Delivery
Delivery will be between 11am-2pm on Sunday. You MUST either be home to receive delivery or make arrangements with us for entry to your home so we can put your food away for you.
You can enter that information at check-out in the notes sections. We CAN NOT guarantee the quality of your food if it has to be left outside and we do not issue refunds in that case.
If you need to make a change to your delivery instructions after your order has been placed, you MUST email us at orders@saltandcharm.co with instructions.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Salt and Charm ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages
Salt and Charm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
No refunds will be given after Friday at 10am for Sunday Delivery.
