Une Femme NV Sparkling Rosè "The Callie", California

A blend of 42% Pinot Noir, 39% Mourvèdre, and 19% Chardonnay made in the traditional method. Very lively in texture and offers juicy notes of ripe strawberry and rose petal on the nose and nicely structured red fruits in the glass(think warm blackberries freshly plucked from the vine).

The fruit comes from sustainably farmed sites in the North Coast area of California and is made with no additives or chemical adjustments.

Don't be afraid to pair this sparkling rosè with a well-stocked picnic basket, fish tacos, a cheeseburger and fries, wood-fired pizza, or movie theater popcorn! (we won't tell anyone if you sneak a bottle into the theater) $30

Villa Alpini 2019 Pinot Grigio, Fruili, Italy

Notes of green apple, apricot, pear, tropical fruits, honeydew, light floral notes, and light oak.

The Pinot Grigio comes from high quality grapes, only from hillside sits in Collio and Cillo Orientali. The vine age is between 10-25 years, farmed organically, with no use of herbicides. After a light pressing, aging is in stainless steel for 8 months, with bâtonnage once a month. The wine show lots of freshness and mineralogy, with vibrant acidity and the right weight. $20

Stealth 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California. This wine is fruity, juicy, smooth, oaky, rich and full with notes of dark fruit (plum, blackberry), leather, smoke, oak and vanilla. This is a very well balanced cabernet that we love so much! $28

Wyatt Pinot Noir

A "negoce" bottling produced by Polaner Selections, the fruit comes primarily from the Russian River Valley with a small amount from Napa and the Petaluma Wind Gap in Somona; whole cluster fermented in open-top tanks, then aged in 40% netural oak and 60% stainless tanks on the fine lees for 10 months. Dark red fruits, warm baking spices; medium body with medium tannin; very easy drinking wine. $19

Domaine du Prince Rosè

A delicate rose-petal pink with bright highlights, this rosé develops floral aromas and notes of citrus fruit in the nose. The mouth is supple and balanced. A rounded wine ready to drink. Lighter styled wine but full of flavor; juicy red that is dangerously drinkable; serve with a slight chill with just about anything; fruit forward - notes of blackberry, blueberry, cherry, raspberry, oak, and lightly peppery. $23
